Dear Friend, We are writing to you as someone who has signed up for a profile at mooc.utas.edu.au, but has not yet verified your email address [email_address]. We are aware that sometimes there is an issue with certain email providers not delivering verification information to your inbox - so this may be the reason that you haven't yet been able to verify. Once you verify your email address, you can enrol in the current Understanding Dementia MOOC. We are accepting enrolments until 10th March, at 5:00pm AEDT, and hope you can join us. Increase your knowledge of dementia and how to enhance the quality of life of people living with this condition.

Course details
- It's FREE and you can enrol today
- Duration is 7 weeks, with an estimated effort of 3 hours per week
- You can study day or night, on your smartphone, tablet or computer
- Receive a personalised certificate on completion
- Course content includes how the brain is affected by the diseases that cause dementia, symptoms, diagnosis, stages and management, and personal and carers’ perspectives of living with dementia.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and have learnt so much more about dementia than I already knew. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested. It would also be a great course for dementia caregivers and support staff.
